Hello, and thank you for visiting BRACEY AND STANDARD’S Web Site - Nailsea’s and North Somerset’s newest Estate Agency specialising in the marketing and sale of all types of property within North Somerset.

Few districts anywhere in the country provide such a diversity of property in such lovely surroundings from the Victorian seaside town of Clevedon to the busy town of Nailsea and the surrounding pretty villages such as Tickenham, one of the longest villages in England with its ancient Roman stones and ancient fort at Cadbury Camp, not to mention the villages of Backwell, Flax Bourton, Yatton, Kenn, Failand and Wraxall with the beautiful Tyntesfield Estate the home of the late Lord Wraxall and now owned by the National Trust. The whole area is “classed” as an area of outstanding natural beauty and of scientific interest. The area that we represent is blessed with possibly 4 of the “top” schools within Somerset, and Nailsea has just been awarded £28million to start building a new school in 2007 which should be completed within three years, not to mention the many local village schools.

Julie Standard and Sue Bracey both live locally and have done so for many years which gives them both first hand knowledge of the area and its way of life. Julie has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector at senior level and Sue has spent all her working life in the legal profession specialising in all types of Conveyancing. We are also very proud to have David W. Bracey acting as a Consultant to the partnership. David or DW as he was known, before his retirement had been an Estate Agent for almost 30 years as a Senior Partner in Saywell Veale and Co with offices in Bristol that was taken over by the Halifax Estate Agency Group. David brings to the business a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be invaluable to the success of our Company.
